Tunnel paint is different from ordinary paint; it is specially designed for tunnels. With cars passing through one after another, tunnels have high levels of exhaust fumes, humidity, and are prone to minor scratches. Ordinary paint would quickly peel or discolor, but tunnel paint withstands these challenges. It is fire-resistant, helping to slow down the spread of flames in case of an accident; waterproof and moisture-proof, preventing mold and bulging on tunnel walls due to dampness; and also dirt- and wear-resistant, making it difficult for exhaust fumes and dust to adhere, and resistant to scratches from gravel kicked up by tires.

Tunnel Coating Construction Process:
Surface Preparation: Remove oil stains and loose dust, repair cracks, ensure concrete moisture content is <8%;
Primer Application: Apply one coat of epoxy sealing primer by roller, with a dry film thickness ≥50μm;
Intermediate Coating: Apply leveling compound to repair uneven areas on the wall;
Topcoat Application: Spray/roll two coats of tunnel-specific topcoat, with a total dry film thickness ≥150μm;
Curing: Allow 7 days for curing after application, maintaining ambient temperature between 5-35°C and relative humidity ≤85%.
Note: Each step must pass inspection before proceeding to the next.
